  Condo was very clean, had a washer and dryer, was close to beach, shopping and restaurants. It included everything we needed for going to the beach such as lounge chairs and coolers. The only glitch was a couple of days the pool on the premises didn't seem to be functioning correctly and the water was not clean. I would certainly recommend this property as a great vacation destination.

    The pool is maintained by the condo association, they are very responsive to any problems reported.

  This was an amazing place to stay. The place is beyond clean and really just a well thought out set up for anyone to pack a bag and have the rest fall into place. The management team called on our second day just to see how things were going and to offer any assistance in finding things to do, any additional help needed to make our stay more comfortable and to wish us all a great weekend. as well the owner of waves 12 is the easiest going person to deal with and really wants his customers to enjoy their stay and is willing to make sure that happens by providing all the right avenues of contact. Anyone looking for just the right place well you found it at waves 12!!! Thanks again waves 12.

  I thought the place was a good stay the only problem was the walk to beach was closed for construction which if I had known about would have stayed elsewhere. Other than that very nice stay

  The property was wonderful. We really enjoyed our time there. It was very condusive to children. The only downside was that there was construction on the beach and we needed to drive to an access point slightly further away, but it didn't affect our stay. The location was great and there was more than enough amenities to make our stay enjoyable.

  After a hectic week in Disney World,a 5 day stay at the Waves inn St Pete beach was just what we needed. 5 minutes from the beautiful beach and thanks to the owner who provides all you need for a day in the beach (toys, umbrella, deckchairs, cool box) The apartment was lovely and the washing machine and tumble dryer came in very handy. St Pete beach is great - plenty of nice restaurants and a supermarket on the doorstep. Linda at Waterfron Rentals was very helpful and the directions came in very handy. We will always have special memories of St Pete beach as we also got married while we were there!

  The only complaint I would have would be the tile floor was not clean when we arrived. We were traveling with a one year old. I wiped the floor with a paper towel and it was Black. Our feet were black from just walking on it as well. I cleaned my self just for our little one. Management should check with the cleaning company contracted for that service to make sure they are doing what is requested of them. Other than that the place was up to date and wonderful. It was great having beach supplies to use, and the washer and dryer were a blessing. The pool was fabulous and kept very clean. Security gate was an added plus to enter the courtyard. The beach was just about a 5min walk as well as being close to some local beach bars and restaurants. Overall our stay was great and lot of fun.

• I have stayed in this complex before but not in this unit.Sheets were thread worn could use new ones.Twin beds very uncomfortable for aduts, could not move that they made a noise.Sofas not comfortable.

  Had everything there for the beach which was great. One set of dishes should be replaced, cups stained so bad you could not use them. Bought a couple myself and left them there. Having washer and dryer in unit was great. I would now like to book for next year lst three weeks in March but something with two queen beds and a pull out sofa. Must have washer and dryer.   I like that there is so much within walking distance of the condo and that it was very quite and peaceful. The unit i stayed in was nice and my family had a great time. The only drawback was no WIFI, so I couldn't check my emails and look for local attractions via the NET. Other than that I would give a 4 out of 5 stars.

  We had a wonderful time staying at THE WAVES. All of the other guests were friendly and helpful, it is a perfect location to be able to walk to restaurants and shopping - and of course the three minute walk to the beach was great ! ! ! The Waves will be our place of choice the next time we travel to Florida.
