  Great condo in a good location less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. Condo had everything we wanted and was very clean and in good order.

  During the reservation process, the staff was very accommodating. However, when we got there, we were disappointed to find out that there was no washer and dryer and no wi-fi available. I called the management company to ask how to open the washer and
  dryer closet which was locked. The person who answered the phone argued with me that the website doesn't say that. I just looked it up again and it does. She was also rude about us being there a day early which I had emailed and asked permission from someone
  in their office three days before that. It just seemed as if they didn't know what they were doing and she was upset with me because of it. Other than that, the place was small but adequate. It was decorated nicely and the furniture was high quality. It felt
  safe and comfortable in the courtyard/pool area as well. Some items that were missing which would've been helpful were a pizza pan and cutter, a cookie pan, another roll of toilet paper, hooks on the wall just inside the door as well as in the bathroom. Overall
  it was a decent place and the walk to the beach was about two minutes.

  Absolutely loved the condo and the complex. Very clean and quiet!! We especially liked that beach chairs and an umbrella were in the utility closet along with games,cards, books, after sun lotion, sunscreen, laundry deterg, dryer sheets and a small cooler! We left our shampoo, conditioner, hair spray, aloe gel, beach buckets, digging spoons and pasta colanders for the next renters!! We would definitely stay here again as it was a great central location for exploring other beaches, we went to Sanibel Island, Clearwater beach and Caspersen beach in Venice twice to look for shark teeth, hence the colanders!!! Much success on the teeth too. Just can't say enough about the place..loved the heated pool, great to take a morning or evening dip! We ate out everyday but used the micro to heat my husbands corn bag for his back and the only thing we had an issue with was the microwave on the 6th day starting acting crazy by beeping when not in use...other than that we give the condo two thumbs up, five stars and a 10!!

  The location to the beach was amazing, just a 2 minute walk. Everything in the condo was modern and everything we needed was there. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

  Thank you so much for the great accomodations at your condo! It was very nice and even though it was a very short stay we would definitely stay there again if we are in the area. We enjoyed the beach and the short walk to get there.

  S:t Pete Beach was a wonderful experience. We had a great time there. Every morning we walked along the beach, which was just a few minutes away. Good restaurants nearby. As we love to be in the nature we took our car to several places. The national parks was lovely. Just one thing disturbed us at the condo; we want to sit outside and eat and that we couldn´t so we did not use the grill !! We will come back anyway!! Anita & Tommy Grenter, Sweden, couple 60+
